OYO Paradise Pearl Hotel Near Iskcon Temple Noida Noida's Finest

"Don't Ever think of visiting this place. Waste of time & money. Very arrogant owner & poor service. They don't even allow checkin for prepaid booking or else they will ask you to cancel it. Pls save your time and money. I have faced it . I prepaid for booking and was not allowed for checkin hotel ....got serious trouble with this hotel. Be aware, don't get troubled. One more interesting fact...when I left the place 5 hrs later oyo app is showing me check in hotel..haha what a joke they are making of us.."

"Well I booked it for 3 nights and got checked out somehow on the second day itself, I booked it on oyo and prepaid my stay, but when I reached, i was demanded more money and the oyo app itself showed more money to be paid somehow. They didn't have a room for me at first even when I booked it a week before visiting. Also oyo app showed I gave my feedback on the second day, whereas I didn't even rate it on oyo. The owner surely checked my phone in name of checking my booking idk why.. maybe to rate his property 5 star. The first room I was offered had plumbing issues and fan wasn't working, the second room I shifted to, was decent though, but the lock was broken and the toilet seat was moving whenever I sat on it."

"Hotel staff mixed something in the drink due to which my girlfriend was feeling dizzy and it was done by someother guy whose name was ahmad reshad the staff is so corrupt that they are ready to do anything for money. Fortunately she somehow managed to escape from there otherwise she could have been in huge trouble i am gonna sue this hotel management for this if strict actions are not taken against them."

"The worst experience ever. Based on the reviews, I tried to visit this property but it totally disappointed me. Pardeep a beard guy is the person who will do everything to destroy your peace of mind. He said, he can not let us do check in based on the oyo offered price and left us waiting. He told he had emailed oyo to cancel such discounted prices for his property. Considering this too, I agreed to do check-in even after paying more, but he left us waiting by saying there is no room available, on the other side he was shifting other people who came in after us. Without discussing further more, I just left the property. It is completely unsafe, unhygienic, unethical and controlled by unprofessional receptionists."

"Denied to enter the room for no reason and said to leave and said do whatever you can do I will not let you have room maybe he sold out the room to someone else in black . We contacted the customer care as well and no help was done as they kept putting us on hold and then we had to book another rooma nd leave"
